Here are some customer reviews of Rhythm and Stealth : Well, after four+ years of waiting for the sequel, I have to admit nothing but disappointment. It sounds like recordings I bought 4 years ago and didn't like. Where's the energy of 'Open Up'? Afrikaa Bambaata makes the only worthwhile contribution as far as I'm concerned. The Guinness advert music works only as advert music. I shall go back to Moby and the Chemical Brothers. I waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited for this cd to come out, and it was WELL worth the 4-1/2 year wait. It is a totally different concept than Leftism, but their roots were clearly abundant. This branches out from Jungle to The phattest of breakbeats to reggae, to dub/ambient and back again...These guys know what theyre doing, obviously, and know how to rock your body as well as your mind and soul. These tracks will make you MoVE--No doubt about it! This release is WELL worth the wait, ofcourse it isn't as good as the "Best Dance-album Ever" Leftism but why compare Rhythm & Stealth with Leftism? The music on R&S is quite different but still amazingly good. I'm sorry to spoil the other reviews but when compared to the first release this is simply boring electronic music with no real new ideas. Listen to the first release if you're interested in Leftfield So it's taken 4 years to produce this...???? Somehow, I don't think so. Big beats? Yes, and they are infectious. But it has none of the enchantment that Leftism had. It sounds like Leftfield just put their sequencer into automatic. Even the sounds are nothing new, and I can hear samples from the Leftism remixes. Buy this CD if you're a DJ looking for muzak fillers. If you're looking for a CD that demonstrates all that's innovative about British music, this ain't it. Sorry guys, but the wait wasn't worth it.
