: When I bought this book I honestly didn’t know what to expect. I was curious about the change MA$E had experienced. I have to admit I was a fan of MA$E music and style. When I opened the book and started reading, I was truly impressed with what I was seeing the words were talking to me as if I was in church and Pastor Mason Betha was at the pulpit telling his story. I felt that close! It’s amazing what GOD can do with his children; I never once took this whole Paster Manson Betha drama seriously didn’t even care until now. This book tells the experience MA$E went through with the money, cars, girls, drugs, and sex. He tells the life of when Mase was an average person determined to make it big as a rapper or ball player. When he turned to rap he was known as MA$E the moneymaker down for whatever kind of guy. It’s funny how people change when you become globally known, well Mason tells his experience in this book. After being lost, GOD calls on MA$E and uses his soul to teach the word of faith and to save as many people who come in contact with him. Imagine GOD telling you to give up everything sin produced for you. Your house, cars, jewelry, clothes, furniture, women/men, sex, money, job, friends - in order to walk his way of life! Could you do it? Mason Betha did. I truly respect Mason; he’s a determined individual who knows what he wants. There’s no limitation to what Mason Betha can accomplish when GOD is at his feet to guide him. Mason Betha is a dangerous man in a spiritual way!
This is an excellent book. I could not put this book down when I began reading. I finished the book in 2 days. The book represents an awesome change that Pastor Betha made in his life & it was very inspiring to see & relate to how this young man accepted God into his life & followed the steps that the Lord had laid out for him. The sermons in the book are excellent as well as his biography of him growing up, entering the entertainment business & the most exciting part, the CHANGE that he made. Not everyone is willing to make that change, but he did & God is BLESSING him! I've had the honor of meeting this man recently at one of his church services. His ministry is REAL & anointed. He is an EXCELLENT preacher & a STRONG warrior for God. It was very important for me to read this book because it shed light on a lot that Pastor Betha talks about in some of his sermons. This book was very inspiring to me because as a young christian lady, it's good know that there are other young people out there who have gone through the struggles & have overcome them by being obedient & accepting God's will in their lives. This is definitely a book to read again & again. Our generation of young people is in the need for spiritual healing & EVERY young person, ESPECIALLY the young men, should read this book. It will definitely change your life!
I was actually one of those people who at first thought this was a publicity stunt by Bad Boy. But after reading this book it reaffirmed what I already knew, the sky is not even the limit when you turn your life over to the Lord. Anything is possible. And I pray that we have more entertainers who also make the change for the better. God Bless you.
This book was wonderful. It is a blessing to see God working through this young man to reach others. It gives you insight into a world, that only those who experienced it can talk about.
As someone who has been in the "church" for years, I was encouraged and refreshed by the anointed message contained within the covers of this book. This young man presents the gospel with a realness and sincerity that I honestly have not heard before. If this book doesn't reach another soul in the world, it touched mine. But I know that it will in fact reach countless individuals and lead them into the Kingdom of Heaven. It is apparent that Pastor Betha wrote this just as it was given to him to tell. He pulls no punches, sugar coats nothing and at times the words cut like a two edged sword. It's a clear call for the Body of Christ to be about our Father's Business. This book excites me, because its pages are filled with Love, Light, and Truth...Revelations.
