: This Cd is so amazing every single song is great!She is clearly the greatest female artist ofthis decade. She writes her own music which is pretty incrediblae considering the high quality of her songs. I can never get enough of her voice shes the best! I highly recommend this cd to any mariah fan or anyone with good taste in music! she si true artist in every way. the best song on the album is "they can't take that way from me" and her best song of all the albums is "close my eyes" on her butterfly CD. In a time where MTV and radio concentrate on a lot of no-talent people Mariah really makes you raelize the difference btw. low quality studio creations like J. Lopez, C. Aguilera, Backstreet boys, ect.. Basically this album is amazing and its very creative and personal.
this album is one of the best and extraordinary buy in this december! all the tracks in this album is great, Against All Odds & Thank God I Found You is the best!
 I think Mariah should go back to her POP music, she just doesn't show off talent with R&B music. I am happy that she is returning to that high octave scream but the songs on "rainbow" just aren't that good. Maybe next album.

I ADORE Mariah Carey and am a HUGE FAN. I bought this CD the minute it appeared in the shops in South Africa which was the 29th October 1999. The CD is ........DA BOMB if looked at as a hip hop/pop with the popular heartbreaker remix and songs with Snoop,Joe,98 degrees and Usher. However, the ballads that do appear (except for "After tonight and "Thank God I've found you" are pretty average. Don't get me wrong...the CD is dope due to excellent tracks like both versions of Heartbreaker,How Much(with Usher),x-Girlfriend,Thank God I've found you(with Joe & 98 degrees),After tonight and Cry Baby(with Snoop Dogg. It's just that with such excellent standards set by these tracks the others seem somewhat boring. Anyway MAriah.........I love you and keep up you Excellent work..........bring on another CD in 2000.......don't be like the others that take forever to release music.........you have proved that you can produce quality and quantity at the same time. THIS IS A MUST HAVE CD FOR CHRISTMAS PARTIES and ROMANTIC DINNERS.
