 i agree with everyone above. one thing you have to be EXTREMELY careful is the ear gels. they are way too fragile and the soft plastic connector part will break if you twist too hard. they should use ABS plastic for this part. other than that works fine.
the eargels themselves are not as soft and as a result none of the 3 fit too snugly. i ended up using the included plastic ear hook which is almost invisible. the case is awesome and even includes a mirror so you can check the fit. there is a Mini-USB charger adapter that is starting to sell, although only 1-2 places have it. i recommend that if your phone is not in the list of 4. I was able to use the multipoint with both my phone and my PC, although i dont recommend for PC since it is not good at reproducing music. For that you may need a corded or $200+ bluetooth headphones.

I took delivery of this headset yesterday and I can honestly say its exactly what I needed for my Treo650. I bought the Treo with a Sony Ericsson BT headset which was VERY uncomfortable and after a week of using it I gave it away and bought the 640. Nice packaging...everything is in a nice case and stays together. The lightweight earbud stays in the ear.... The stabilizer is also nice, thin, and light weight. You will easily forget its in your ear with or without the stabilizer. Connection to the Treo was simple, and despite other reviews, the sound quality is clear and loud. The product description is a little confusing regarding the charger. It does come with a charger and you can charge the headset without the 4 included attachments or the AAA battery attachment....that was a welcome surprise.
Just bought this unit and it is by far the most comfortable. You can easily forget its in your ear and wear it all day. The problem I have is with reception. I use it with my XV6600. All the reviews I read say reception is great but I have experienced the opposite. Even with the earpiece on the same side as the phone, 2' max. the sound is garbled. The first day I had to pick up the phone manually three times because the callers complained about static and garbled sound.
