Ocean Avenue
: I waited inside a store untill it was 12 and then I bought this cd. On my way home I poped it into my cd player and it was awesome. This cd is sure to please anyone who likes good music. It is better then One For The Kids but isnt as good as Underdog. Ive loved this band sinc ethey started out in high school in Jacksonville, and even though they sighned with Capitol they stayed true to what their fans loved about them, great CD from a great band.
Yellowcard is just plain amazing. Ryan, by far has the best voice i have ever heard in a punk-band and their music whent he all play together comes out just amazing. Really, they are going to get really far. Not every band has the talent these guys do. Ocean Ave. is an amazing CD. Every track is absolutely addicting. This is hard to find on most cd's. Buy it. You'll absolutely love it.
I listened to the whole cd today, and I must say, this is by far their best. Excellent job. Yellowcard is a band everyone should know about and appreciate. They're much better than other punkish bands such as Good Charlotte. This album is certainly worth listening to, you won't be let down.
My favorite songs include Empty Apartment, and Only One, but I like the whole cd. It's certainly a CD you can listen to the whole way through; no fillers here. If you liked One For the Kids, you'll love Ocean Avenue. Also, check out their cover of Michelle Branch's "Everywhere"

This cd is one of the best I have bought in a while. It's punk with some originality to it. The violin adds so much depth and im not a fan of violins. From the opening track to the end of the cd, this one is shuffleworthy. Great lyrics and strong melodies carry this album. I did like Yellowcard before this album though now I am a true fan. Its easy to hear how greatly they have matured as a band. Best cd of the summer, don't miss it!
