Numb3rs - The Complete First Season
: NUMB3RS is a truly fascinating show that captivates the logical part of your mind as you follow Charlie Eppes'(David Krumholtz) mathematical equations and estimations. The math is exceptionally well explained, for even I understand it and I am definitely no math prodigy. The show also features a gripping, edge-of-your-seat type of drama as they hunt down everyone from serial snipers to child molesters to counterfeiters. I never miss an episode, and look forward to a DVD release of the seasons!!
I have been amazed and impressed by the first two seasons of Numb3rs. I HATED math, and this show helped me see how cool it could be. The acting is superb, and every twist and turn in the plot leaves you eager for more. This is absolutely worth it!
I was lucky enough to catch Numb3rs from the beginning. I absolutely love the show. First, it is different than your standard cop show, and even different from all the CSI type shows. The show has strong characters and you really feel like you know them. The FBI is portrayed as actually being human rather than a federal conglomerate. The tie in with the math is simply awesome. I am not a huge math guy, but it is interesting for me, and the show does a good job of explaining the math via great scenes. I give this 5 stars.
I absolutely LOVE Numb3rs. The cast is awesome and they make you think long and hard about each case and lets you make your own scenario about who you think did what in each episode. Each episode has so many twists and turns that it keeps you on the edge of your seat. My husband and I have watched it form the start and will continue to do so as long as the writers come up with good ideas. Each actor is AWESOME, from the veteran actor, Judd Hirsch all the way down to the new agent, Diane Farr. It's good to see a show come along that makes the youth of our nation want to learn about numbers/math. I can't wait to see the season finale for the second season.
Since I'm deaf, I currently watch the show currently "Numb3rs" with captions and am fasincated by the mathematical equations showed in every episode, and I like the characters especially Charlie (David Krumholtz) and Don (Rob Morrow). The show rates up to 5*, and keen to get it on DVD.
