Now and Then
: Now and Then is one of those films that you absolutely have to see, especially with your friends. It'll always remind you of what your ideal summer would have been when you were twelve, with all of your friends. Brilliant acting played by the four girls in particular, with a good supporting cast also.
This movie is the greatest. My friends and I all relate to at least one of the four girls. This movie is realistic, and the actresses- no matter what the cynical editors write- portray their parts very well. Now and Then has been my favorite movies for several years. It shows the troubles that teenage girls have to cope with, and adds a little extra twist with the Dear Johnny murder. I recommend this movie to anyone who likes an emotional movie with some humor sprinkled in.
Now and Then is one of my all time favourite movies. Even though I had my friendships much later on in the 70's, it reminds me so much of the adventures that I had, the boys I had crushs on, the town's spooky citizens and even a little mystery. The story shows the strength of friendships through thick and thin and shows that real friends are there when you need them the most. See it!
Now and Then, a wonderful movie, stars many famous actresses when they were younger. It is an excellent movie for almost all girls! It shows many of the problems of teenage girls.
I felt it gave a good respect of the past and an awesome view of the 90's good for teens and adults, it'll bring out the teenager in everyone.
