remember, just push play...and dig in!...

Ok, I only rated this 4 stars becasue some of the songs are as lame as ... Here are my ratings:

1)Get The Party Started-Great Song! I loved it.

2)I'm a Salve 4 U- I live for Britney. I hate this song though!

3)Family Affair-How this song is about a family affair. I don't know.

4)Whenever, Wherever-I love Shakira. Great song.

5)Ain't It Funny- This is one of Jennifer Lopez's good songs.

6)Livin' It Up- Great Ja Rule Song

7)Roll Out (My Business)-I hate this song. I hate rap.

8)Lights, Camera, Action-Who in the hell would be named Mr. Cheeks?

9)Raise Up-I HATE RAP!!!

10)Caramel-I only like "What Would You Do?" by City High

11)Turn off the light-The best song on the CD besides Shakira.

12)Gone-I think it starts out gay. After that it's great.

13)Emotion-I like this song.

14)Differenves-Awww! Cute

15)Drowning-I liked it.

16)Stuck in A Moment-U2 is highly overrated and I hate them.

19)I Wish You Were Here-Never listen to it.

20)Giving In-I don't like Adema.

1. GET THE PARTY STARTED/SWEET DREAMS, PINK F/ REDMAN. This song is so boring. The original one is better. It only got to #4 on the billboard charts (the original one). They should have put that one in here.
2. I'M A SLAVE 4 U, BRITNEY SPEARS. This song is very good. Unfortunately the lyrics are a little too repititive. I didn't like that. This song is the best song from Britney.
3. FAMILY AFFAIR, MARY J. BLIGE. This song is really cool. Too repititive at the end though. It went to #1 in the billboard charts . The lyrics are very good, but I don't understand why the song name is called "FAMILY AFFAIR".
4. WHENEVER, WHEREVER, SHAKIRA. Great Song. Is one of my favorites. She's one of the only famous artist that came from Colombia. Unfortunately this song only got to #6 in the billboard charts. The music is very enthustiastic.
5. AIN'T IT FUNNY, JENNIFER LOPEZ. This song is old. The CD was made more than a year ago. and she made another one, like the same in July of 2001, so this song shouldn't be in this CD. The remix should, but it featured JA RULE. The song is good.
6. LIVIN' IT UP, JARULE F/ CASE. This song is good. The CD went to #1 on the billboard charts, but I don't know about the song. The song is a little too long but composed very good.
7. ROLLOUT {MY BUSINESS}, LUDACRIS. This song is very interesting and funny. I like this artist. His song are good. Like "WHAT'S YOUR FANTASY?" . I never bought a CD from him.
8. LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTIOIN!, MR. CHEEKS. This song only got to #14 on the billboard charts. I don't like it. Is too boring.
9. RAISE UP {ALL CITIES REMIX}, PETEY PABLO. This song is too boring. I skip it.
10. CARAMEL (TRACKMASTERS REMIX}, CITY HIGH F/ EVE. This song is the best song in the CD. I think it was a great idea putting it in the CD. This song should have been in NOW 8. But is good on this one.
11. TURN OF THE LIGHT, NELLY FURTADO. The albulm from her is old. I can't believe why they haven't put a song from her in earlier CD's of NOW.
12. GONE, 'N SYNC. I don't like this song. Too slow. Too boring. "POP" is better. The video is too boring.
13. EMOTION, DESTINY'S CHILD. Good song. Don't like it. "BOOTYLICIOUS" is better.
14. DIFFERENCES, GINUWINE. Oh, I like this song a lot! I think they did a good job putting this song in here.
15. DROWNING, BACKSTREET BOYS. This song is an OK kind of song. I think they should make a new CD. New Songs. I can't believe in gets on #1 in TRL.
16. STUCK IN A MOMENT YOU CAN'T GET OUT OF, U2.
17. JUST PUSH PLAY, AEROSMITH.
18. DIG IN, LENNY KRAVITZ.
19 WISH YOU WERE HERE, INCUBUS.
20. GIVING IN, ADEMA.
16-20 I skip. I don't like rock that much.

Well, I love this CD. Is worth the [price]. Here are suggestions for NOW 10: CAN'T GET YOU OUT OF MY HEAD, KYLIE MINOUGE. ALWAYS ON TIME, JA RULE F/ ASHANTI. WHAT'S LUV?, FAT JOE F/ ASHANTI. SONG FOR THE LONELY, CHER. OOPS! (OH MY), TWEET F/ MISSY "MISDEMEANOR" ELLIOT. MORE THAN A WOMAN, AALIYAH. GIRLFRIEND, 'N SYNC F/ NELLY. WHAT ABOUT US?, BRANDY, RAINY DAYS, MARY J. BLIGE F/ JA RULE. HEY BABY, NO DOUBT F/ BOUNTY KILLER. THE WHOLE WORLD, OUTKAST. & DON'T LET ME GET ME, PINK.

of what is in this CD. I have listened to all of the songs (although not fully) and find some very good, some relaxing, and one scary. Adema's strange, creepy song "Giving In" is NOT a way to end a NOW album, and should not have been included on this compilation series, let alone CD, although the drum-beats are kind of cool. Petey Pablo's remix of "Raise Up," is a great remix, though I have never heard the real version or the explicit version although they do not cut out a "M-F" word in the beginning of the song. Ludacris' "Rollout (My Business) has a sense of humor included, and that is no sin, like the funny line "Tell me, whose you're housekeeper--and whatcha keep in you're house?" The line following it does not make sense whatsoever, unless he means cursing. Mr. Cheeks "Lights, Camera, Action," may be wierd, but has a neat beat and is the first rap song I listened to on this CD, after being hesitant for weeks. "Livin' It Up," has a great beat. City High's track "Caramel" is okay, and Jennifer Lopez's "Ain't It Funny," contribution has a good chorus, but the rest is okay. Shakira's "Whenever, Wherever," is a perky party song, although the [Spanish?] lines before the chorus do not make sense to our English listeners (unless of course you understand and speak Spanish as a second language.) Mary J. Blige' rap song, before the string of rap songs that begin with track 6, has a good beat and is only to follow the bad song "I'm A Slave 4 U," by Britney Spears. Couldn't they put a different song on by her anyway.

Incubus' "Wish You Were Here," is a pretty good rock song, which follows two other rock songs by people that have been in the rock business for a long time--Aerosmith and Lenny Kravitz, who contribute "Just Push Play," and "Dig In." Pink's original version of "Get The Party Started," should be included and have gotten here before "Totally Hits," snatched it away for their 2002 compilation due out June 4th. Instead, a remix lies in its place with rapper Redman. "Gone," is a pretty good pop song, but Justin's annoying voice snaps the slow enthusiasm out of the song soon before the song "Emotions," a remake of the Bee Gees' song begins, which is an okay song. "Turn off the Lights," is an okay song by a person Nelly Furtado who should have put in "I'm Like A Bird," on Now 6. "Differences," is an okay song sung by vocalist Ginuwine, and the Backstreet Boys did a good job on "Drowning." "Stuck In A Moment," is okay, but I like the end. Here are the listings:
