Here are some customer reviews of Motorola V360 Phone (T-Mobile) :

This was my first Motorola flip phone, since dealing with the Startacs. They have changed the user interface a lot, and have made it much easier to use. However, this phone in particular, has a lot of features, but still maintains ease of use for being a general phone. While this isn't a phone I will keep, overall it would be excellent for someone who wants simplicity but still desires fancy features, such as bluetooth and audio capability (why not get an iPod instead, though?).

Pros:
- Seems to have AMAZING battery life. Many many days (3-5) without requiring a charge.
- Nice form factor, feels good in the hand
- Software seems stable
- Able to *hold* (not place) calls through difficult areas
- Variety of ring tones (actually, I have never seen a phone with this many)
- The camera isn't bad. No sharp lines in the pictures, but the color reproduction is okay, and it adjusts to bad lighting fairly well.
- Has EDGE, which means that your web surfing _should_ be fast
- No antenna (although, maybe this translates to bad reception, see below)

Cons:
- The external LCD sucks. It isn't color and looks boring. Makes the phone look uber utilitarian
- The web browser isn't that fast, despite being at EDGE speeds
- Feels like all of the other Motorola flip phones out there -- generic
- Does NOT work very well in bad reception areas. It can hold a call once it has signal, but once the signal is gone you are out of luck
- The audio quality on the phone soundes muddled, like there isn't a huge range of tones that I am used to hearing

Hi, I bought the V360 from a place in Queens that sells a number of unlocked models and I must declare that this phone is a winner. For $189, this phone has all the feature available in the higher end ones like the V635 but at a lower price, and without the annoying antennae. I would even recommend it over the RAZR, which is really a flat V600. The volume on the MP3 Player is great. Anyone who complains here should check the quality of their MP3 or maybe have the phone replaced.

Pros:
Can use up to 512 MB transflash card (major advantage)
MP3 player
Phonebook CAN have multiple numbers for same contact (up to 6)
Same feature set as other triplet phones (bluetooth, camera, video record, etc)
Can recharge using PC's usb port.
Make sure u get the mobile phonetools software

Cons:
People complain about not hearing me clearly when using handsfree speaker.
It would be nice if the headset had left and right earphones (but then where would the mic go?)
The only place to find a proper V360 leather case is T-mobile
External monochrome screen ( still only $189 unlocked, why complain)

I recently upgraded my phone with T-Mobile to the Nokia 6101. Although a good phone, I was dissapointed by a lack of featues and the user interface. The sound quality was substandard. I returned the Nokia and went with the Motorola V360. Amazing quality, clear sound, quality constuction, and brimming with fun features.

The UI is fantastic, very intuitive and easy to navigate. The color screen is sharp and very bright, you can also adjust the brightness, this might help save battery life. Battery life is very strong, and reception on my network is quite good, although I don't blame the phones, T-Mobile can be a bit spotty. The one thing I did not care for was the fact that the memory card is not accessible from the outside of the phone, you must remove the battery cover to remove the chip. But thats not a problem as I don't think I'll be messing with it that often. This phone, as do other Motorolas, has a very strong hinge, and it opens a bit wider making it more comfortable against the ear. You can really feel the quality of this phone in your hand, even though it is a bit lighter than other models.

I especially love the music player. I can download my music directly from my PC and add them to ringtones or listen to them on the go. Memory capacity should be greather for this task, but hey thats what MP3 players are for. Very satisfied with this product. If you are tired of the Razr craze and want a stylish and highly functional phone, you will not be dissapointed with the V360.

This phone is just amazing for a light weight phone performance is huge especially since it has no antenna external that is also MP3 is just so hott...........all in all it is just a great phone i love it.....

I recently ordered this phone along with another phone ((samsung e635. Its been a week and amazon has not even shipped them. Though they advertise these phones are shipped in 24 hrs, its not true.
Now after contacting them about these phones, Amazon tells me that they will need 2-3 buisness days to investigate why they have not shipped these phones yet.
This is so pathetic. Amazon expects me to wait for another week or more before I can receive these phones. I am very disappointed to purchase this phone from Amazon. Mine is not the only incident. I have heard a similar story from someone else.
So be careful when u place an order here, don't expect to see ur phones anytime soon.
