Lamaze: Puppytunes
: This is such a cute toy ... it's cute, colourful, cuddly, and even makes noise but doesn't need batteries - what more could you want?Mine came with a little ring on it's head so you could hang it from a playgym - but personally I think it's a little heavy. The ring does come in handy so you could thread your baby's stroller lap strap through it so if the baby does try to throw it on the floor it won't go far. I think it's quite heavy and large for a baby who can only lay down - but for the sitting baby it's lovely .. especially when they can manage to squeeze the paw to make the nosies. Because of it's heaviness and the paws it sits really well. I use it on my changetable for nappy changes at the moment so he has something to look at. A lovely stuffed toy.
My daughter has had puppy since she was born. The bright colors kept her sight focused in her beginning months and she liked the crinkling of his ears. As she got older she liked to crinkle his ears herself which kept her amused for a few minutes. She never had much interest in his musical abilities; however, she is 11 months old and that could still develop. "Crinkles" now resides at nana and pop-pop's home and she plays with him everytime we are there.
I just bought this toy for my three month old McKay. He was laying in bed and I put it in the with him. He looked at it and was soo excited. He started playing with the ears right off! He loves the ring on the top of his head because he can hold it in his hand. He loves to have this in bed with him when he sleeps. I don't think my son will go anywhere without this toy! I have not had a toy yet that he has liked this much. I play the sounds on the feet and McKay goes crazy! He loves the colors and the ears he can't get enough of it! Thanks
My son loved this puppy from go. He likes to chew on the crinklely ears. I sing to him and squeeze the puppy paws to play him songs. Plus the puppy smells like baby powder. My son is now six months old and loves his first puppy.
My son is 3 1/2 months and is absolutetly captivated by this puppy. He has not yet even begun to realize that he can cause the legs to make music but he loves all the colors and he loves that the ears make a crinkly noise. I bought this toy wondering whether I was spending too much money for a stuffed animal but love Lamaze so I thought I'd give it a try. I would have paid twice as much! There is one downside -- the tones of the music seem to bother my dog's ears so we don't play the music when the pup is around.
