 This toy fell into my son's carrier when we were shopping and when I went to put it back, he held on tight! Tucker's been his pal ever since. He's educational (lots of textures and colors and a mirror to explore) and good for teething (my son likes to bite down on the plastic rings). This toy easily attaches to his carrier and stroller and for those accidental trips to the floor, washes easily and well in the washing machine. Highly recommended as a first "friend."
Of course, he tries to put it in his mouth more than anything else (he's 5 months old), but he is very attracted to the colors and Tucker is soft and safe.

I bought this toy for my son when he was 1 month old. It was the only toy he was interested in at that time. I would hang it his bassinet, and he would attempt to bat at it. It would hold his attention, like nothing else. He enjoyed looking in the mirror, and hearing the squeaks and rattles. He liked to explore the differernt textures. As my son got older (around 5 months or so), he became less interested in it, though. He then moved on to activity playmats, teething toys, and stacking toys.
I bought this cute turtle for my daughter when she was 3 months old. She is now 6 months and is still entertained by the rattle, squeak and mirror on the turtle's tummy. We take it with us to the grocery store, mall, and wherever she may need something to keep her busy. The teething rings on the tail make it easy to attach it to the safety straps on her stroller to keep it within reach. I would definitely recommend this toy.
