You are amazed at what he was able to accomplish in the Navy, of all places. Michael shows that you CAN make a difference in your organization. There is power in one....I highly recommend this book to any manager. It is an inspiring story. This Navy captain is a no-nonsense guy and his words could help any manager. He lays out his leadership ideas clearly and concisely, without jargon and self-promotion.
