Here are some customer reviews of Ironman : this cd is not all dat....the only thing making it worth anything is "assasination day" which is one of the best tracks i've ever heard...liquid swords and the 36 chambers kick this cd's bootay... Ghostface's first solo album feat. two of my other fav emcees with Rae and Cappa. With a team like that how can you go wrong? In my opinion not as strong as Only Built... but still a great album, nevermind a great Wu album. I rembmer when All That I Got dropped I was stunned. Ghost paints such a vivd picture of how he grew up and gave us a glimpse into his life. Also with such great Wu songs as Winter Warz, Daytona 500, Camay, Assassination Day, Iron Maiden, and Marvel, this album is definatly worth your money. You can see the evolution of Ghost into one of today's best emcees with his slang verses. To the untrained fan you might be guessin at what he's sayin, but to the veteran of Wu, y'all know exactly what he's sayin .. BUY IT It has it all. Lyricz, beatz, good production, good guest-appearancez... All Wu-fanz should have this! Classic, essential, original, trendsetting, I won't say groundbreaking because nobody seems to be smart enough to copy this album. Ghostface is my favorite rapper. So original and out there, but his lyrics still make sense. I was trying to choose what lyrics to show, but I couldn't make up my mind. His lyrics are amazing. Either he's telling crime stories like Raekwon, or just putting crazy imagery in your head. And his topics are so original. Failed robberies, revenge, some girl he likes, and of course that he's the best rapper out there. There is also a genuinely touching song dedicated to his mom. Also there is the most woman hating song I've ever heard, and it's not just your run of the mill woman hating song. He put work into his lyrics, and his delivery is crazy. The beats of course, are great. Here are some lyrics to some other songs. Read them out loud. "90 minute Maxell tapes, instrumental breaks/ Bangin earaches, lay my verse down in two takes/ The speaker pops, the Winchester rifle's in the kitchen/ Murder the DJ's eyes twitchin, woofer hissin" "The conviction of my tape is rape, wicked like Nixon/ blonde head's inscriptions with three sixes in/ Kiss the pyramid experiment with high explosives/ I slapbox with Jesus, lick shots at Joseph/ Zoomin like binoculars, the rap blacksmith/ Money's Rolex, with sparkles, Chef ragtop is spotless/ I'm Iron Man no cheap cash metal I'm steel alloy/ True identity hidden inside secret tabloids." Then just wait till you hear it with his voice and delivery. I was gonna go on and on about this album, but I don't want to write that long a review. Get it. This cd is phat, he's lyrical skills kick a** this is defintly one of my favorites, defintly a hit from wu-tang's most underrated member
